ESSEX BUS RALLY

TRADE STAND.

Commercial stands are those selling items at the Essex Bus Rally.

If you have a trade stand and would like to exhibit being food or other offerings.

Craft Stands, Clothing , Arts, Bus memorabilia we welcome your application.

We Have a Licence to serve alcohol so welcome applications from traders

Please Contact The Essex Bus Rally team and we will forward a trade application.

Spaces are limited and we will offer the public a variety of food options. Strictly on a first come first served basis.

 

SHOW TIMES

All stands must be in place by 9.15am and cannot be moved until 5.00pm . For any trade arriving later than 9.15am, space may not be guaranteed.

Garon Park is open from 6.00 am on Sunday September 15th

Or if traders would prefer, Arrive the day before from 5pm.

 

The Show will be open to the general public from 10.00am to 5.00pm.

 

TICKETS

All exhibitors will be given the appropriate vehicle and admission passes to gain

access to the Showground.

Additional visitor tickets can be purchased for £10.00 per adult

and £2 per under 14 prior to the show.

Tickets can be purchased at the gate on the day, or before the show on our website www.essexbusrally.com

 

INSURANCE

All stands must hold a copy of their public liability insurance on their stand at the show. This may be checked by the appropriate steward.

 

MOVEMENT OF VEHICLES

The road traffic act now applies to all places to which the public have access, therefore no unlicensed or under-age driving is permitted.

The speed limit on the Showground is 10 mph. This applies to ALL vehicles on the Showground. The one-way system of the Showground must be observed at all times.

 

 GENERAL REGULATIONS

The placing of stands will be entirely at the discretion of the Stewards, although every endeavour will be made to meet any request made by an exhibitor.

 

All persons must pay proper regard to the Stewards’ instructions and should conduct themselves in a manner, which will not inconvenience other persons at the event.

 

COVID-19

The Essex Bus Rally will be run in line with the latest government advice on coronavirus. Any updates or changes to the event as a result of changing advice will be communicated as soon as possible after an announcement affecting the event has been made.

Exhibitors are fully responsible for the cleaning of their stand and equipment in line with coronavirus regulations at the time of the event.

If you or anyone in your household are displaying any symptoms of Covid-19 on the day of the event, please do not attend.
